Halloween Party

It was another fine day for the Halloween party, with no rain or wind and warm temperatures. The maze was spooky with lots of “booty” inside. Stevie again gave rides to all that wanted one, even after dark. The chili was great and the Hallo-weenies done to perfection. With all the other great food to go with them, no one left hungry. A great time was has by all. Thank you Don and Doug for all your help in putting up the maze, BJ for helping to clean the barn and Dave et all for helping decorate. We had another great Halloween party.

We are on the move again! Tom and Jeanne have had plenty of adventures - they are well as is their little Lefty! You can follow their adventures on their website- and what a great job they are doing with keeping the rest of us informed about all aspects of their adventure.

We have 11 new members! This is great! Keep up the good work! Remember word of mouth is the best advertising. As you talk with other boaters, share information about our club and invite them to visit our website for up to the minute information. Our website is a great tool for keeping current with what is going on in Des Moines and it encourages new members. If you need extra calendar cards, just let us know
